Welcome to Mentoring Men, LLC. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality mentoring products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds.

  1. Subscriptions, Mentoring Services, and Courses:

    • All sales of subscriptions, mentoring services, and courses are final. We do not offer refunds for these services or virtual products once they have been purchased. Each mentor, mentoring service, and course may have different subscription length commitments. Please review the specific terms and conditions for each service before purchasing.
  2. Journals:

    • We accept returns and will issue refunds for journals in their original, unused condition. If you wish to return a journal, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned journal and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  3. Print-on-Demand Merchandise:

    • Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand merchandise, including t-shirts and similar items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time, unless your subscription had minimum length reequirements.However, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of your subscription period or services.

      Your access to the subscription services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
